The 16-year-old Elisabeth from Kaufbeur takes you on a journey back in time to the year 1943.
It takes you to eight stations where you can learn more about selected victims of National Socialism in Kaufbeur and important events in the city.For each person presented, a stumbling block was laid at their last place of residence.
At each stumbling block, based on Elisabeths stories, you will receive insights into the individual life stories based on a short biography, photos, a video or an audio contribution.The Stadtmuseum Kaufbeuren, in cooperation with the Stadtjugendring Kaufbeuren 2021/2022, has developed this app with in-depth information about the Kaufbeuren stumbling blocks.
The special thing about it: The character Elisabeth was developed in a workshop with young people in September 2021, the audio contributions were written and recorded by the workshop participants themselves.
